Is Volkswagen Finance providing payment deferrals to Lease and Finance Customers?
Yes, depending on each customer’s situation, we will provide up to 90-day deferrals.
Where can I call or email to request a payment deferral?
You can call the Customer Care Department at 1-800-668-8224 or email: firstname.lastname@example.org. You can also access your account information online at Volkswagen Plus to manage your account 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Can I request payment deferral through Volkswagen Plus?
No, please email your request to Customer Care at email@example.com.
Will I be charged a deferral payment fee?
There is no deferral fee, however, interest continues to accrue on Finance contracts.
Will a payment deferral affect my Credit Rating?
